And yes, it\u2019s all managed by a New York couple with a NY schtick thicker than their accents. It\u2019s cozy but dated \u2014 think well-loved couches, dim lighting, and a kitchen-turned-snack-zone. There are no luxe finishes or stylish details, just the basics you\u2019d need to get undressed, get comfortable, and maybe get lucky. Most of the action happens out back, but indoors you\u2019ll find a few rooms for lounging and light mingling. It&#8217;s not about the aesthetics \u2014 it&#8217;s about the energy.<\/p><p>And before you even get to the mingling part, there\u2019s the check-in process \u2014 which, I gotta say, feels more like opening a checking account than entering a swinger den. You stroll through the front door and get directed toward a couple of desks in what looks like someone\u2019s converted dining room. One of the volunteers or the NY owner himself checks you in, hits you with the house rules, and hands you a pen to sign a pretty formal NDA. It\u2019s all very clerical. Like, where\u2019s the foreplay? Oh, and then comes the &#8220;donation&#8221; \u2014 $60 in cash. It\u2019s not listed anywhere on the website, probably for legal reasons or plausible deniability, but that&#8217;s what we paid. Luckily, we had cash on us.<\/p><p>A volunteer then gave us a detailed tour (like, extremely detailed \u2014 think laundry protocol and a rundown of towel disposal) and emphasized that men must stay near their partners at all times. It was all very Rulebook Chic. Helpful, sure, but also kind of a buzzkill if you were hoping to slide in low-key and ease into the vibe.
